The BEST Foundation is a non-profit organisation which works as a membership body for estate planning professionals. We aim to be a forward-thinking membership body which focuses on estate planning as a whole, not just Will writing. The BEST Foundation aspires to raise the standards across the industry by insisting on best practice and setting a bar for member entry.

Our membership structure is unique in that we offer options for independent and corporate membership as well as Trusted Suppliers for those who service the industry. Becoming a BEST member also provides some reassurance for your clients that should anything go wrong you are covered by our Client Guarantee.

We offer support to our members by trying to help them grow their business and campaigning for change on their behalf (and their clients). You may have seen we were previously featured in the Telegraph, Daily Mail and Rip off Britain for our work in relation to the challenges users face when dealing with the Office of the Public Guardian.

We also provide free regular CPD webinars to our members as well as access to trust/probate accounts though our relationship with Cater Allen, insurance solutions with Insuristic and HR tools & offers with Benefits Cloud.

Our work also spans the education of the public in all things estate planning and we want to raise awareness of what good estate planning looks like as well as enabling individuals to find a reputable service provider that suits their needs.
