Inheritance tax incentive to launch today

Inheritance tax changes designed to encourage more people to consider leaving a gift to charity in their Will will come into effect today (Friday 6 April). Under the new incentive, announced in last year's Budget, anyone leaving 10% of their estate to charity in their Will will benefit from a 10% reduction in inheritance tax from 40% to 36%.
