"If the doorbell rings, and you play guitar, you're on the album," says Ringo Starr to Remember A Charity's Last Pirate FM.
"I live in LA now and I have a lot of friends that are musicians over you know the 20 years I've been in the business," jokes the former Beatle ahead of launching Give More Love.
"Or I call you and you come over, you know cos some bands are still working and I get them in between gigs."
Ringo also talks about why he's supported the charity WaterAid for so many years.
"I’ve supported WaterAid for many years now, because you know I truly believe that everyone should have water and you know because I support WaterAid I know they’ve been doing.
"Millions of people are drinking water now because of them and that’s why I support them."
