Anaish Yilma-Parmar
Chair, Remember A Charity
Anaish trained as a professional dancer and had a career in the performing arts before changing direction into fundraising.
His charity career started on the internship programme at Cancer Research UK (CRUK), supporting the Legacy Events team, gradually working his way up to become an event manager. For 9 months, he stewarded solicitors in London and the south-east for the CRUK Free Wills Service, before moving to the British Heart Foundation (BHF). At BHF, Anaish launched their telephone will writing service, was a champion for internal advocacy, and developed their stewardship journeys for legacy audiences.
In January 2023, Anaish took on the role of Head of Legacies at the British Red Cross, leading their Marketing and Development, Community, and Income teams. He is an active voice within the sector, sharing his passion for legacy giving, and in January 2024, took up the role of Chair at Remember a Charity.
As well as his day job, Anaish is a trustee on the board of Magpie Dance, a charity based in South London, empowering people with learning disabilities to live full and independent lives, through dance. He also professionally comperes for events and still has a keen interest in the arts.
Lucinda Frostick
Director, Remember A Charity
With a passion for legacies and more than 20 years’ experience working for collaborative campaigns and in charity communications, Lucinda is Director of Remember A Charity.
She leads a talented and committed team, who all work towards the consortium’s core mission of growing charitable gifts in Wills.
Her role is to guide the team in delivering an integrated communications, advocacy and partnership strategy to grow legacy giving and to support Remember A Charity’s membership community.

Emma Bockhop
Membership & Supporter Development Manager
The power of what can be achieved when charities collaborate is what drives Emma, our Membership & Supporter Development Manager.
With two decades of stakeholder engagement and strategic membership growth experience, Emma leads on growing and engaging the consortium’s diverse range of members
She also volunteers on the CIOF’s Legacy & In Memory SIG Committee and previously worked in Individual Giving fundraising.

Naomi Collison
Marketing Manager
With a background working in local government, legal education, and now the charity sector, Naomi is passionate about amplifying the voice of Remember A Charity’s member charities.
As Marketing Manager, she is proud to play a role in helping to equip charities and professional advisers alike with the tools they need to champion charitable giving.
An avid horse rider, Naomi spends her free time competing in dressage and walking in the Kent countryside with her two bouncy springer spaniels.
