Campden Home Nursing is an independent local charity based in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, founded over 30 years ago.
We provide seamless support between three services; a Serious Illness Support Service, for those living with a life-limiting illness, a Hospice Care at Home Service, for patients who choose to be nursed at home at the end of their lives, and Bereavement Services for children and adults who have lost a loved one. All are free of charge.
We would like to provide as much care as we can for patients, carers and the bereaved.
Our vision is to ensure that our communities have the best possible care and support before, during and after death. We rely on the generous support of our donors and volunteers.
