Since 1991, Tomorrow’s Warriors has played a vital role within the jazz community and the wider music industry, and has been credited with literally changing the face of UK jazz.

A Black-founded and Black-led organisation, Tomorrow’s Warriors offers a pioneering, comprehensive programme of learning and training which champions and supports young Black and female talent and those who come from challenging circumstances that would be a barrier to accessing opportunities to pursue a music career.

Our talent development programme is 100% free to access for all young people, to remove any financial barriers that will prevent them from pursuing their passion: jazz! Our students can gain up to 15 years of free jazz training from leading artists on the jazz scene, plus further development as emerging artists, through quality, paid employment opportunities and commissions in live performance, recording, broadcast, composition, etc.

Free access to Tomorrow’s Warriors artist development programme has proved crucial in nurturing the nascent talent and early careers of so many artists who, without our support, would not have been able to pursue the successful careers they now enjoy.

Your legacy is critical to enabling us to support young people who have all the talent, but none of the money. From keeping our development programme free, to providing instruments to young musicians, to building pathways for progression, to creating employment opportunites as young artists emerge – your legacy will have impact nurturing the next jazz generation. Thank you.
