How does it work?

All you need to do is:

1. Complete the online Will interview. It only takes around 20 minutes, and if you have any questions there's plenty of help available from Bequeathed's support team.

2. Select a convenient time for your 30-minute appointment with a legal firm. This can be by phone or video call, at home or in their office.

3. Receive your free Will from the legal firm, and sign and witness it according to their instructions.

Who can use it?

This service is available to people 18 or over who live in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

If you have complex circumstances you may need additional paid-for legal advice. Where that is the case, the firm will provide you with a quote. It's entirely up to you whether you choose to accept.
