We're Remember A Charity: an organisation with nearly 200 charity members who collaborates closely with legal sector partners to encourage individuals to consider leaving a gift to charities in their Wills, after taking care of their loved ones.
We've commissioned Savanta, in conjunction with Yonder research, to understand how financial advisers, Will makers and solicitors approach discussions about clients' Wills, particularly the tax incentives of including charities as beneficiaries.

This, in turn, can lead to more informed discussions being had with clients about the benefits of charitable giving in their Wills.
